My guess is it will be Mullens. I donβt think it really matters.

KOC clearly doesn't understand how important it is in the NFL to win the turnover battle if he keeps sending Mullens out there. This team simply isn't good enough to turn the ball over 3 or 4 times and win games. We were losing games doing that at the beginning of the year with everyone healthy.

The right move is to start Jaren Hall, but I'm a bit skeptical that KOC will pull the plug on Mullens.

He benched Mattison and preached about accountability yet keeps trotting out turnover machines in Dobbs & Mullens so I donβt know what his hesitation is against Hall

I said a few weeks ago Mullens turns the ball over at an alarming rate when everyone wanted him to replace Dobbs...
I would have stuck with Dobbs until eliminated and then moved to Hall...
At least Mullens is not hurting my FFL team.

This is KOC's dilemma for the last 2 games. Will he show consistency in his decisions by benching Mullins for his four INTs like he benched Dobbs for his 4, or will he show clear hypocrisy by trotting Mullins out after his same 4 pick afternoon (One of which ended the Vikings' last gasp chance of a win.)
The formula is as clear as it is concise: Consistency = Hall, hypocrisy = Mullins.
KOC's long history of failing to replace underperforming players tells me he'll go with hypocrisy. Any arguments out there?

Dobbs wasnβt benched after the 4 pick game. He started the next game. π

Fully expect Mullens to start, have multiple turnovers for a third game, lose to Green Bay and be effectively eliminated from the playoffs. Would love to be proven wrong but so far, holding players accountable for poor play has been invisible. I was stunned they benched Evans in the fourth despite how awful he was and has been against any team with a half decent passing attack

like I said he played like he was blind a lot of the game.
KOC will never call a better game. Vikings had WRs and backup WRs running open all damn game.

Any arguments out there? He's announcing Mullens as the starter and said he's going to "coach him up". Which considering how long Mullens has been playing and stinking is pretty hilarious, but KOC had the same dumb notion about Dobbs in year 7 of the Rocket Man. He seems to think he's some sort of miracle worker but the results don't lie. As for hypocrisy, he was hired because of his ability to talk a lot of hot air. Its not like he's some straight shooter type, he's a b.s. artist.
