We had 19 players participate in the Week 10 Predict the Score Contest. Congratulations to burntpackerdbs84, whose guess of 34-31 Vikings was the closest to the actual final score of 33-30 Vikings, off by only 2 points. The Vikings (8-1) host the Dallas Cowboys (6-3) this Sunday November 13th at US Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3:25 PM CST and the game will be carried on CBS. Please reply with you prediction of the final score by kickoff.
The Vikings are coming off of their unbelievable 33-30 OT win over Buffalo in Week 10, while the Cowboys were on the other side of a 27-24 OT loss to the Packers. The Vikings played an incomplete game again but kept fighting even down by 17 points in the 3rd quarter. A series of miraculous plays in the last couple minutes of the game left the Vikings standing victorious.
The Cowboys didn't look like world-beaters against the Packers in the afternoon game. They have some good weapons on offense and their defense is supposed to be pretty good, but Aaron Rodgers threw for three touchdowns to a rookie receiver and the Packers ran for over 200 yards in the game.
The Vikings are back home for the next three games against some decent teams. Hopefully the home crowd will help the Vikings defense get pressure on Dak Prescott to slow down their passing game to CeeDee Lamb. I'm guessing the Vikings find a way to win another close game against a good team.
