The main reason for last years failures and many years past

I am hoping O'Connell and staff get some sort of result change out of him. Understand what ur saying regarding 7 vs 11 wins, but I am talking about playoff performances and wins deep into the post season (on the pretty regular if he sticks around). He is paid like someone who is expected to to do so. He hasn't --- but he sure as sh!t always gets his stats to force extentions.
Anyway, new Offensive HC and OLmen plus Irv back. I hope Kirk balls out.
