I am fine with survival of fittiest. When though? We will very likely part ways with DBs who were ahead of him on the depth chart for this past season. So it remains to be seen if he wud or cud have beat out the new crop of all DBs in camp. Seems worth a hold, esp because he can likely be easily bargained with on salary because 1. he wants to stay and 2. going elsewhere with alcohol hiccup is more diffucult/awkward. Yeah I get that but he needs to grow up instead of being all butthurt on Twitter. Do the work and get the job done. Take some responsibility for yourself instead of whining. Tough decisions have to be made and he isn't helping himself. What he does need to do is to be more appreciative to the organization that drafted him in the 7th round. They developed his skills and held onto him after the drunk driving incident. It wasn't like teams were running to the podium to draft him.

They shud make those maturity points to him very clearly in his contract, as I am sure Zim did with punishment handed down prior. Lets not cut off our nose to spite our face tho.
Put in his contract that free passes are used up, twitter privileged revoked. Sign him to a reduced number/incentives, but recognize the competitive business advantage we have in an already in house trained utility db/st player with size and athleticism at a discount to cap.
