Much a has been said about Cousins since signing with the Vikings. Most of it, complaints about his limitations, his inability to win prime time games, his poor record on MNF.
Something dawned on me today that I hadnโt really thought much about; durability.
Kirk has taken some big hits over the past two seasons and yet he bounces up of the turf incredibly well. Never showing that heโs been rocked or hurt.
For all the knocks on CK, I appreciate his toughness and willingness to take a big hit for his team.

I thought we had all silently agreed to not talk about it. Hope Mannion is ready on Saturday... ๐๐ค๐คฎ

Agreed. Something that we take for granted. The QB carousel before him was a disaster.

Agreed.
One of his items was, he's durable. He's done that. Say what you want and folks say it, he's played and he's given us the stats and results more or less expected.
I'm not even trying to blow it beyond and be a polisher. He simply gives us a good chance to win high leverage games and I stand by that.
With that said, he could be better, we will see what he's got next week but at least our Vikings are still playing football and among the final 8.

I wish his consistency was as good as his durability.

I wish his consistency was as good as his durability. Not arguing that point.

How many saw the hit he took on the bomb to Thieland in OT. Go look at a replay, he was creamed the split second he let it go. Damn few QB's will stand in like that. And right back up he got.

Oh and by the way. If we lose to the 49ers it doesn't make him a chock again. After all how many big game has Brees lost.

He did get creamed and heโs done that a lot this year. Gets up as if it didnโt phase him. Gotta love that from your qb.

Hopefully those last 2 passes will lift him to greater heights.
