Round 1 of FA went fast this year with almost everyone of the upper tier signing quick. Even a lot of the low tier guys signed quick. I do not suspect there is much cap space atm.

How about Stephon Gilmore or Chase Young?

Anyone signed now for more than approx. $3m+ thatβs a free agent (2023 contract ended), not from a cut , would cause us to lose one of the 2 potential 3rd rounders we will get for hunter and cousins. Gilmore and chase young pretty sure want more than $3M . So youβd be trading a 3 for them plus paying them their likely high demand that no one wants to pay them so far. Young maybe theyβd do if price was right ? Old Gilmore for sure not.
then in mid May they stop counting free agents toward compensatory pick cancelling and allotments. I expect they would want to wait until then before signing another player that qualifies in comp picks. They may be gone but risner last year and other second tier players donβt get signed until mid May or later.

It stops somewhere after the draft, but so few FA's of note left by then. Really next major round is after June 1st like Cook and some others last year.

Connor Williams would be a significant upgrade at C/LG; but he tore his ACL last year and will probably be available in August/September.

Williams is better at pressures/hits/sacks allowed and typically gets a PFF grade about 25 points higher than Bradbury 1.0. I'm guessing a lot of that comes down to technique and recognition; because, I see Bradbury lets a lot of blitzes and stunts run clean past him while he's chipping someone already engaged.

I'm tired of all the finesse interior offensive linemen. They need to go get an earth mover like Van Pran from UGA to put in the middle of the OL.

Yah! Itβs almost the Minnesota Nice feel has affected this whole team with so many finesse guys! Are the coaches afraid of literally trampling their opponents into the turf? (Oh, weβre sorry)
More physical & bigger please - both lines!
