THANK YOU to Kirk. Appreciate the work you put in here in Minnesota and that you aways brought it for the organization and the team. You earned the respect of a LOT of Minnesota fans.
I will miss cheering for you and wish you and your family nothing but the best in Atlanta.

Kirkβs number one priority has always been his bank account. Which is fine. No need to apologize about that. I get it but save your thank youβs for someone who gives a shit. The Vikings paid him nearly $200mm for one playoff win. Thanks for nothing.

I'm not a Cousins fan but have you ever looked for a new job to improve your financial situation but then decided I'll just stay where I'm at for less money? That's what you think he should do? Like him or not it's his right to get the best deal he can for himself.

That's what you think he should do? Like him or not it's his right to get the best deal he can for himself. Maybe. Let's see, I have over $400M, more money than I can spend in 2 life times, I have the best WR in the game, as well as a great WR2, great TE, pretty good RBs, improving defense, and coach (KOC) I know and who wants me I know the system. Ya, I think I could stay and take less money for that, especially since I said it's not about the money anymore (again, I've made over $400M already). No I don't know what the Vikes offered him, no does anyone else, so why speculate. But with the supporting team and talent that the Vikes have vs Atlanta, I think I could take less to stay and try to finish what I have been paid HUGE money to do...bring a championship to MN.

The vikings moved on from him last offseason just like they moved on from Hunter, Thielen, Barr, Erickson, Mattison, Nwangwu, Cleveland,Mannion, and a small army of backup talents. Don't know about you, but I would like to see something diferent than the same old same old every single year -- 8 or 10 wins, MAYBE a wild card for the POs, a first round blowout, rinse and repeat ad infinitum. How about people take a deep breath and see where all of this takes us. That includes seeing what happens in 2025 more than 2024 since 2024 will almost guaranteed be a learning and developing year. I swear to God too much pollen in a Minnesota Spring leaches the patience out of Vikings fans.
