So letβs say Vikings canβt get Williams or Maye and Cousins isnβt back. Then what?
Minshew, Darnold, Dalton?

Suffer by being average because you are afraid you canβt do better than Cousins.
Thatβs what.
Itβs just a choice. Itβs up to the Wilfβs. They can make moves now or wait until we are 7-10 and out of the running. Simple.

McCarthy or Sanders if they draft one in the first
If they roll the dice and pray for a miracle from the FA class, I dont know. Mayfield? Huntley?

I was watching highlights of that WU/Oregon game and both Nix and Pennix looked good. Yes they were the highlights and Iβm sure they had bad moments but where are those guys ranked in the QB class? I watch very little college football.

Itβs Maye or McCarthy for me. The potential circus around Sanders would concern me. The kid can play though. Would he even want to stay in MN long-term?
For place-holder types, Iβll take Minshew. Seems like a guy that other players like and rally around. Decent skills, kind of like a Mayfield w/o the arrogance.

I think either of those three give you a chance for a franchise QB.

Big arm.

I watch very little college football. Big issue is age. These guys have been in the college ranks for a long time.

Ewers washed out at Ohio St and has tried rebuilding his status as a top prospect ever since with Texas. He has ups and downs. Lot of natural talent.
