Optimistic realism is a state where you enjoy the wins and find silver lining in aspects of the team moving into 2024.
They donβt have the talent in the trenches to play with the big boys this year, but if KAM and crew come to the realization at some point that they canβt build a team from the outside in, then they will be headed in the right direction.
The real issue personnel wise is what to do with Kirk and impending QB situation in 2024.
This singular decision will chart the path of the Vikings ship for the next 3-5 years.
