We can talk trading players all we want. The reality is we still have a shitty FO with shitty D scouts. Do we really think extra picks will help with the current regime? Oh by the way Kyle Hamilton had 9 tackles and 3 sacks today for the Ravens. He sure would have looked good on our team. But instead Qwesi trades to a division rival and passes on quality.

My thought too. Even if Carr is healthy β they have a seriously good defense being wasted because Carr is not a good qb Probably Kirk would refuse to be traded to either but would be fun to see jets and saints get in a bidding war for kirk They didn't look very good giving up 18 points in the 4th quarter. The D was getting gassed because the O kept screwing up. If they had a better qb, theyβd have scored in the second half and pack would have lost. Pack even needed a missed Fg to win

Hock had two big blunders today. 1st down catch and allowed the defender to take the ball away. 1st and goal, he misses the catch right in his hands and allows the other team to intercept the pass and lose the game.... Clock management is a freaking cop out for so many, yet the reality is that the Vikings still would have had a least 10 seconds left. That's plenty of time to run two plays. I'm not sure why you need more time than that. I will give you one in that a simple false start or illegal formation penalty could have caused a 10 sec run off? it did not happen, but things like that can happen if the clock is running. Also take a QB who doesn't handle pressure well and let him take some time to get a play called and set things up to his advantage. Think they tried to hard to not leave any time on the clock for Chargers when you have to take the lead first.

The person getting paid the most cash should be the biggest asset Or everybody on the team does their job...... .....think i read that somewhere about football Yeah, CJ Ham is just as important as the guy that make 10x more than him.

I canβt even with this board. Kirk took an absolute beating today. Ingram, Schlotman and OβNeil were dogshit all day long in PassPro. He made some absolute insane throws all day under duress. It was KOCβs decision not to spike it, you could see Kirk trying to hear him as soon as that play is over. Iβm not saying it was his best gameβ¦ but he was rushing all day long due to pressure. KOCβs play calling in the Red zone was terrible. Run Blocking was better todayβ¦ but not when it was needed most. This was a team effort for sure, no one should be excluded from the criticism.

No doubt they should have spiked the ball but man o man the whole team looked lost and didnt know what to do Based on Kirk, the call was to run a play. Serious doubt KOC had nothing to do with that But i will agree regardless the QB should have just went ahead and spiked the ball They all looked confused at the end. Thats on KOC

What's wrong with trying to score a TD there? 9 times out of 10, Hock catches that pass. I wouldn't even change a thing there and most teams wouldn't with our fire power on offense. 2 plays and 10 seconds at the goaline is plenty to score a TD in the NFL

Which is why spiking the ball and taking your time to run a play makes the most sense.

Cousins got the team set and ran a good play. It wasn't executed by the TE and that's solely on Hock. But if you want to play hypotheticals, what could have happened with the spike is on 2nd and goal we have a false start.

This loss is as devastating as the loss to the Giants in the playoffs last year. Team played hard, made too many mistakes yet still had a a chance to somehow pull out a victory out of the jaws of defeat but KOC calls a play with Hoch only 3 yds down field on a come backer at the sideline with no chance for YAC when we needed 8.
This time Kirk runs whatever KOC calls no matter after wasting 12 seconds when all he had to do was clock the ball leaving 3 downs and 25 seconds inside the 5.
Either way, we the fans are screwed. Bad coaching, bad execution and inability to think on one's feet equals another loss.
As Bill Parcells or DG would say, "We are what our record says we are". 0-3
