Here comes the comments from the clueless Mmmm hmm Iβm the clueless one lol Why is Danielle Hunter no longer a Viking? Why didn't we sign both him and Greenard as bookends? Do the Wilfs just not care about winning? Explain it to me like I'm 5.

So the Chargers came out and said today, they won't trade out of pick 5 unless they are blown away by an offer. Will it be worth 3 viking first round picks to take a qb at pick 5? MAYBE if we got their 2nd and a another pick from next year in return AND "the guy" is there at 5.

The Cardinals and the Chargers hold the #1 and #2 overall pick if it goes all QBs before them. They should require a ransom to get them off the best player on their board.

Regardless of what happens, this will be a very interesting draft.

Yep, the Cardinals and Chargers are in the driverβs seat at picks four and five by not needing a quarterback. Just hope the Giants donβt take a quarterback at pick six. The best trade up partner for the Vikings might be the Titans at pick number seven. Or else, it could be one of the older quarterbacks, Penix Jr. and Nix, at pick 11 or 23.

The 11th and 23rd is better than the 6th and 47th maybe on some chart, but if you don't want to drop that far back you take the later

Zona would probably have to kick back a 3rd or something in that case. If they are willing to do that to move up 2 spots (trade 1st & 2nd straight up) then nothing we can do about it. Zona could get 1st & 2nd and still have their choice between 2 of MH Jr, Nebers, or Alt they would take that trade right now I think. That would be a mighty over pay for a move up worth a high 4th rounder.

You have the QB's and Marvin Harrison Jr going in the top 5... that leaves 1 of the 3 OT's and 2 remaining WR's at 11 because someone is going to mess up an take a TE in the top 10.

Randy on a Rookie contract 2.6 mil , when Reed left the Vikings in 2000 signed with New Orleans for under 2 mil he was a salary cap casualty and Carter his entire career only made 32 mil but that year was 2.8 mil
Salary Cap that year was 52 million

Verse and Turner are in the discussion also for top 10. This is actually a great year to trade down into the 10-15 range for a team trying to rebuild their roster as there are easily 14 or 15 full blue chip prospects. Have not even discussed the top CB's either.
