The #3 Seeded Vikings (13-4) host the #6 Seeded New York Giants (9-7-1) in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs at US Bank Stadium. Sounds nice, right? Kickoff is set for 3:30 PM CST. Please reply with your guess of the final score by kickoff.
These two teams met at US Bank Stadium three weeks ago with the Vikings winning 27-24 on a 61 yard Greg Joseph field goal as time expired. The Vikings have since lost two of their starting offensive linemen from that game which could put Kirk Cousins under even more pressure from the blitz happy Giants defense. The Vikings defense will again have to try to slow down the Giants run game and also not let Daniel Jones throw for 334 yards again.
Hopefully the US Bank crowd will be a factor and the Vikings can get off to a fast start in this game. I still see this as being a close game.
